What colors are available?

Currently, Casanoov only offers anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The sanded matt white color is coming very soon on some of our models. In the future, Casanoov will offer you various colors. More specifically, it is not possible for us to offer you a specific color at the present time. Only the products and colors presented on the site are accessible for purchase.

Can I make a payment upon receipt ?

What are the delivery times on Casanoov?

For orders where all products are announced as being "in stock", we endeavour to prepare your order in less than 24 hours. The delivery times are communicated to you by product on the Casanoov website. In these cases, they do not exceed 6 working days. For orders with "reserved" products, the preparation and delivery will take place over the longest possible delivery time so that you can receive your entire order as a group. It is advisable to make two different orders if you wish to receive the products in stock more quickly and make a second order with the products we have in stock. Can I make an appointment for delivery?

I would like to withdraw, what are the steps to follow?

The legal withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of your order. How does delivery on Casanoov work ?

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a schedule of appointments for which you are the decision-maker. You can therefore schedule your delivery according to your availability. How does it work? It's very simple: We inform you of the progress of your order in your Casanoov account, section "My orders". Our partner will send you an SMS to the mobile phone number you have given us. Can we cross-reference Casanoov products?

However, this customization cut is not available on the height. Payment pending, what does this mean?

How to Maintain Your Aluminum Structure?

Aluminum requires little maintenance, but regular cleaning prolongs its lifespan. Once or twice a year, simply use warm soapy water with a soft cloth, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive products and high-pressure cleaning, which could damage the lacquer.

Swing gate automation TANKER B350

- 2 mounting brackets to attach your motor to your swing gate. - 2 4-button remote controls with included batteries and protective cover
- 1 3W LED flashing light (equivalent to 30W for an old-generation incandescent bulb) with the following specifications:
- Operating voltage: 12-265 VAC/DC
- Charging capacity: < 3 W
- Flashing frequency: 1 Hz
- Operating temperature: -20°C ~ +60°C
- IP rating: IP54
- 1 pair of infrared photocells with the following specifications:
- 'Transmitter' photocell

- A set of screws to attach your motor to your posts, the control box, and the base plate.

Accessories not included with the B250 motor:

Screws to attach the motor to the gate.
These screws must be adapted to each gate type and depend on the thickness of your gate.
For Casanoov Swing gates, we recommend attaching your motor arms with Rivkle blind rivets between 8 and 12 mm long. The mounting bracket must be positioned on the reinforced slats provided for this purpose on all our swing gates and wickets.

Features of the Tanker B250 motor:

- Inward and outward opening.
- Opening angle between 90° and 120°.
- The opening angle is determined by your installation requirements (you will find all the installation instructions in the instructions, which can be downloaded freely from the product page).
- Quick manual key release of the motor in the event of a power outage. - Retracted product length: 85 cm.
- Open product length: 107 cm. The working arm length is 300 mm.
- The internal rotation speed is 350 revolutions per minute.
- Arm opening speed up to 2.4 cm/second, or approximately 13 seconds.
- Opening performance can be varied using the soft open and close mode.
- The opening and closing speed, as well as the drive force, can be adjusted to 20 different positions.
- After opening, the gate can close automatically according to your chosen time interval, ranging from 0 to 99 seconds.
- You can choose to open only one of the two leaves (pedestrian mode).
- Rain protection class: IP 55.
- The weight of the two motors is approximately 23 kg.
- Operating temperature: -45° to +50°
- Thrust force: 3000 N and maximum force: 3500 N. Electrical connection power between your home and the motor: 20VAC ±10%/110VAC ±10%.
- Auto-stop function: When your gate encounters an obstacle, the gate automatically stops opening or closing.

You can add external accessories with a 24V operating power, such as a backup battery, magnetic or electric lock, or push button.

The stopper should be used if you have an automatic mechanical stop. When motorizing your swing gate, you must ensure that the central stopper does not hold your gate. Your swing gate motor will secure your entrance.
