One of our strong commitments at CASANOOV is to offer you a premium delivery service. We want the price displayed during browsing to be the price you pay when you place your order, without extra costs related to the delivery that is added to you without knowing where it comes from

Our steps

The right price, quality products, respected delivery times. So how does it work? It's very simple in 3 steps:

1. After validation of the payment method of your order, your parcels are prepared in our warehouse within 1 working day. Weekends and holidays are not included as we intend to respect the rest times of our collaborators.

→ At this moment you will receive an order confirmation email in preparation.

2. Our delivery service passes by every day of the week, in the middle of the afternoon, to pick up the packages prepared at our warehouse.

→ If your parcels are ready, they are loaded and you receive a shipment confirmation email.

→ If they're not ready, don't panic, they'll be ready the next day.

3. When approaching your home (between a few hours and a few days after the parcels have been picked up from our warehouse, depending on your address), our delivery service will contact you by phone to make an appointment for delivery. It offers you 3 choices:

Morning delivery.
Delivery in the afternoon.
Delivery when it suits you: for this, you can choose the day and time of delivery by going to the link that is communicated to you.

→ The delivery will then take place at the time slot you have chosen to deliver your order.

Your homework

For everything to go well, we ask you 3 things (yes, we make you work a little):

1. Fill in your phone number correctly when placing your order.

→ Otherwise, our delivery service will not be able to contact you to plan the delivery and can come at any time.

2. Fill in your delivery address correctly. Otherwise, the delivery man won't find you the first time.

→ Don't panic, your parcels will be put aside until you send us the right address. But the delivery time will be extended.

3. Be at home during the delivery time slot agreed with our delivery service.

→ Otherwise all is not lost, you will have a notice of passage but that complicates things. You will have to make an appointment or go and collect your parcels or the delivery man can arrive at any time. In short it is a situation that can be avoided.
